Special Needs Services

Quiet, private time-out space is available for patrons with special needs at 30 Welcome Street, opposite Cooke Park main stage. Open from 10am to 4pm Wednesday to Sunday during the Festival with entry through the side gates in Cecile Street. Please contact Sue McGrath on 0401 977 099 for details.

The Festival has wireless-headphones that enable volume personalisation for fans with hearing impairments and other sensory disorders and sensitivities. There is also vibrating body harnesses where fans can feel the music through their bodies. The headsets and vests will be available for use on the accessible elevated viewing area in Cooke Park for the duration of the Festival’s Cooke Park main stage entertainment from 11am Thursday to 4pm Sunday.
