Please note that events need to be themed Elvis or Jailhouse Rock to be accepted into the program.

- Once this has been filled out, we will be in contact with you to coordinate your advertisement
- If you require us to design your advertisement, please upload the images that you would like to include
- Once the Official Program is complete, you will receive the final version via email to check your information is correct
