Bar is open from 10am-late seven days a week and our downstairs bistro is open seven days a week operating from 11am-3pm & 5pm-9pm. Down stairs you will find a huge bistro dining area, main bar with lots of options, dedicated sports bar with two pool tables and a pet friendly beer garden.

We invite you to travel upstairs and experience Parkes award winning fine dining à la carte restaurant, Hart Bar, food perfectly curated by Executive Chef Blair. Inside you are surrounded by traditional features restored with a modern touch and a stunning balcony overlooking the Parkes silos.
