The NSW TrainLink Elvis Express rolls into Parkes – Let the festival fun begin!

The NSW TrainLink Elvis Express will roll into town on Wednesday, January 7th.

The train will arrive at Parkes Station from approximately 3.15pm, and while the excitement is as big as ever, we have made a few changes to keep everyone safe and ensure a smooth arrival for passengers.

What’s new at the station?

  • Platform access: Part of the station platform will be closed to the public to ensure passengers can safely disembark.
  • Spectator area: Visitors can still join the fun from the designated viewing area at the western end of the platform. Please follow directions from staff and stay within this area. Click here to download the station map: Parkes Station Map – Elvis Express 2026
  • Station car park: Kick off the Parkes Elvis Festival showing your best dance moves with live music and performers. Bust out your best Elvis poses in front of a new photo wall.
  • Facilities: The station waiting room and toilets will be closed to the public. Public toilets are available in nearby Cooke Park.

We can’t wait to welcome the rock ‘n’ roll spirit to town!
