ARTC Cooke Park Main Stage

Known as the heart of Parkes Elvis Festival, ARTC Cooke Park will present more than fifty top-quality entertainers over the four days. There will be a little less conversation, a little more action with all the non-stop entertainment that 2019 has to offer.

Hosted by radio personality, Dave Sutherland, the ARTC Cooke Park Main Stage will host many talented performers backed by the dynamic Fourcasters. Many a famous tribute artist has launched their career on this stage – you could witness the next big thing!

Adam Page

Adam Page is regarded as Tasmania’s premier Elvis Presley Tribute artist and has been entertaining crowds all over Australia for over 25 years. In 2018, Adam made his debut at the Festival where he performed two fabulous shows, including an electrifying version of “If I Can Dream” unplugged on the main stage at Cooke Park. Adam has been performing his very popular Rock & Roll Show solo since 2014 and covers all the hits from 1956 through to now. From artists as diverse as Joe Cocker, The Hollies, Bobby Darin, Ray Charles, Alan Jackson, Frank Sinatra, Roy Orbison, Queen, Creedence, Elvis Presley, The Blues Bros, The Beatles, Bob Seger, Kenny Rogers and of course, the cream of classic Aussie rock!

Lueth Ajak

Lueth is established and fast making a bigger name for himself for his soaring vocals and cheeky style. Lueth performs at award winning venues as he transitions between the city and the country for his shows. He was recently a guest performer at the Afro Australian Music Awards. The owner of incredible vocals abounding with a vigorous dash of soul, Lueth Ajak is captivating in his performance.

Amitie

Based in Parkes, Shevaun Brown, Christie Green and Christa Radley make up this talented trio. With amazing vocals and vibrant costumes, you will be swept back in time listening to hits of the 50's, 60's and 70's.

Daniel Thompson

Performing hits by Johnny Cash, Daniel Thompson is the voice of Australia's premier tribute to Johnny Cash. An award-winning Australian country singer from the NSW Central Coast, Daniel has been touring the country with his highly successful Cash Live show. Daniel is really proud to pay tribute to the incredible Johnny Cash, fondly known as The Man In Black who was one of the best singer-songwriters of all time, selling over 90 million records worldwide.

Artie Taylor

Artie has been a mainstay of inner city roots music in Sydney for over 20 years. Currently promoting new single ‘Yipidee” and album ‘Today Tonight’ with Jennifer Taylor on over 600 national and international radio stations. Artists recorded, performed and toured with include; Tommy Fleming ‘The Voice of Ireland’ , Keith Urban , Russell Crowe, The Yeehaa Boys, Debra Conway, Kathryn Britt, Sara Storer , James Blundell, Steve Edmonds Mescalero and Ray Beadle. He has also played in theatre musicals including ‘The Buddy Holly Story” acting in a leading role!, ‘Love Always –Patsy Cline’ featuring Deborah Conway as well as ‘Johnny Cash the Concert’ featuring Stuie French and Daniel Thompson. As a writer Artie has enjoyed success with original songs charting on the Australian Country and alternate charts. With master classes from ‘The Duke of Rockabilly’ Dave Roe (Johnny Cash’s bass player ) in Nashville, Artie has developed a slap technique that is strong, traditional and sort after when that authentic sound is needed to drive the music home.

Brendon Chase

Brendan has been singing Elvis's tunes for over 20 years. In 2017, he won the pristine title as "Australasia's Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist" which took him to Memphis to compete for the world title. Brendon looks like Elvis, sings like Elvis, and has an extraordinary stage presence that makes you temporarily believe you might be watching the King himself! Over the years, Brendon has won titles and played in all major venues throughout Australasia and featured many times on national TV. Originally from New Zealand, he is now based on the Gold Coast and regularly performs all over the globe. Seeing Brendon’s commanding and exciting performance as Elvis will leave you all shook up whether you’re a die-hard Elvis fan or not!

Geoff Suede

Winner of Australia's 2016 Elvis Sing a Like Contest at the Blue Mountains Elvis Festival. Professional vocal training and dedication allows him to perform a wide variety of Elvis' most popular hits from the soft romantic ballads, Elvis movies and Elvis energetic 70's concerts with great authenticity.

Terry Leonard

Terry Leonard, “MR PERSONALITY”, has been performing as a tribute artist for the past 35 years. A native of Wellington, NSW, Terry is a regular at the Parkes Elvis Festival and has been a finalist at the “Ultimate Elvis Competition” many times, always making the top ten. Terry portrays Roy Orbison with humour and understanding, and covers many great songs – this act is a must see for all Orbison fans.

Nigel Stanley

Rick Charles

Rick is from Melbourne and needs no introduction. A very popular act who has over thirty years’ experience entertaining audiences throughout Australia. He is a wonderful showman with a warmth and charm that endears him to every crowd. Blessed with charisma and a versatile voice, Rick is also a very talented guitarist and musician. He’s had multiple television appearances and has had the honour of being asked to perform for people such as Kerry Packer and Anne Peacock with his corporate entertainment. If it’s some fun and experienced entertainment you’re after, Ricks your man.
