Please note that given the popularity and growth surge of the festival, that all of the hotels, motels and cabins in Parkes and the surrounding area are booked out during the Elvis Festival.

You may wish to try neighbouring towns or add your details to waiting lists at local establishments.

Your best options of obtaining accommodation in Parkes at Festival time, is to bring your own caravan/ motorhome/ tent and stay in a Caravan Park or at the Showground; to stay locally with friends or family; to participate in the Home Hosting program; or to stay at Tent City:

Home Hosting - rooms available

Enjoy the comforts of home with the Festival's Home Hosting program.  Locals that have spare rooms take in boarders during the Festival period - in some cases, the whole house is available when the owners are away on holiday.

All homes are inspected and checked for cleanliness, privacy, comfort and proximity to the CBD. Many people have made friends with their hosts and stay with the same families year after year.

'Gracelands on the Green' - Tent City

The stress is taken out of your stay with this option.  Tent City accommodation includes a tent with stretcher beds and mattresses. All tents are floored, screened and fitted with a 12-volt light. You will need to bring your own bedding (sleeping bag or sheets, blankets, pillows and towels etc).

Toilets and showers are provided on-site and the Festival shuttle bus will service the 'Gracelands on the Green' site.

Parkes Showground - sites available

Bring your own tent, caravan or motorhome and camp at the Showground located on Victoria Street, just a few blocks from the action.
